R. ponticum variegatum trusses nearing the end of their blooming. I find it interesting how the color of the blooms differ from their budding stage of growth, when the colors were more lavender and blue with a blush of pink. Here you see mostly a lavender pink color.

Long time resident of the city of University Place, Washington, Chris Anderson has specialized in capturing the scenic beauty of her city and surrounding locales.
