The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Taken in 2008. A crane operator taking a break in his rig, which was situated on train tracks along side the course at Chambers Bay. I had assumed it was there to help with lifting poles for the dock that's being built in time for the 2010 US Amateur Open and the 2015 US Open.....I've yet to see a new dock as of this posting; Feb 2013.
